PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Brewster will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Village Law Section 7-728 and Village of Brewster Code Section 182-2 to hear the following applications. The first application for 99-101 Main Street for 6 additional apartments and SERQA Determination in the B3 District. The second application for the subdivision of 120 Marvin Avenue and 143 Main Street and a SEQRA Determination. The Public Hearing for the Planning Board will be on May 23, 2023, at 7:30 PM at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509, all interested persons shall be heard on the subject thereof. The Planning Board will make every effort to assure that the Public Hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk. Anyone wishing to speak may do so.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Brewster will hold a Regular Meeting to hear the following application for 13-17 Prospect Street, 67.26-1-49. The applicant seeks an interpretation regarding the requirement of a Special Use Permit for Building 13A on the lot. The Regular Meeting for the Zoning Board of Appeals will be on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Brewster will hold a Public Hearing to hear the following application for 120 Marvin Avenue and 143 Main Street, 67.35-1-10, located in the B-3 District. The applicant seeks relief from area variances are sought from the Zoning Board of Appeals in connection with the proposed subdivision of Tax Parcel 67.35-1-10 into two tax parcels of property, one with the street address of 120 Marvin Avenue (proposed Lot 1), the other having the street address of 143 Main Street (proposed Lot 2). No physical alteration of structures or premises is proposed. The subdivision of the parcel causes the following variances from the Village of Brewster Zoning Table: Lot 1 requests relief on the 10-foot front yard setback as it is currently 5.4 feet, relief on the 10-foot (residential) side yard width setback as it is currently 0 feet and relief on the maximum lot coverage of 50% which is currently 62%. Lot 2 requests relief on the 10-foot side yard setback as it is currently 1.3 feet. The Public Hearing for the Zoning Board of Appeals will be on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF BREWSTER will hold a Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY APRIL 19, 2023, at 7:30 P.M. at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY, 10509. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to take and hear comments on the 2023-2024 Proposed Budget as proposed by the Board of Trustees. A copy of the proposed budget will be available for review by the public, at the office of the Village Clerk and online at www.brewstervillage-ny.gov, five (5) days prior to the public hearing. All persons wishing to be heard on the question of the adoption of the proposed budget will be provided an opportunity, as time permits.
