Notice to Bidders
Sealed bids or proposals will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Brewster, Putnam County, New York, at the office of the Village Clerk, 50 Main Street, Brewster, New York until 10:00 A.M. on October 21, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:05 A.M. for the RESIDENTIAL REFUSE, BULK AND RECYCLABLE MATERIAL COLLECTION CONTRACT for the Village of Brewster. Specifications can be obtained from the Village Clerk at her office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. or on the Village website, www.brewstervillage-ny.gov. The municipality is exempt from any Federal, State or Local taxes. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make award where in its opinion the best interest of the Village of Brewster will be served.
