PUBLIC HEARING

CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF BREWSTER AND VERIZON NEW YORK INC.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF BREWSTER will hold a Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2026, 7:30 P.M. at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY, 10509. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to take and hear comments on the proposed Cable Franchise Agreement with Verizon New York Inc.  To afford all interested parties the opportunity to be heard concerning the grant of a cable franchise to Verizon New York, Inc. in the Village of Brewster, New York.  Copies of the proposed franchise agreement and application are available for review in the Village clerk’s office at 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509 and online at www.brewstervillage-ny.gov, five (5) days prior to the public hearing.  All persons wishing to be heard on the question of the agreement will be provided an opportunity, as time permits.
