Payments are due by June 30, 2026, without penalty. On July 1, 2026, a 5% penalty will be assessed on all unpaid tax bills. On November 1, 2026, a 9% penalty will be assessed on all unpaid tax bills.      On December 1, 2026, a 10% penalty will be assessed on all unpaid tax bills.  The Village Justice presides over the Village Court and hears cases for matters that occur within the boundaries of the Village of Brewster. The Town of Southeast (also known as Brewster) has a separate Court at Town Hall, 1360 Route 22, for matters taking place within the Town. Please review your ticket to determine which location to appear at.

If the Village does not receive your payment or you submit your application after the first Tuesday of the month, you may be placed on the agenda for the following month's meeting.
