The Planning Board of the Village of Brewster is holding a public hearing at 7:31 PM and a regular meeting at 7:31 PM or soon thereafter, on January 20, 2026, at Village Hall, at 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509. 

Public Hearing:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to Village Law Section 7-712-a(7) and Village of Brewster Code Section 263-26(F) to hear the following application: a lot line adjustment for 559 North Main Street, Tax Map ID 56.19-2-6, which is owned by the applicant and will directly impact 531 North Main Street, Tax Map ID 56.82-1-1, which is owned by the Village of Brewster. This adjustment will create a more uniform line between the properties and allow for proper leasing agreements for the facilities on the properties. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at Village Hall at 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509; all interested persons shall be heard on the subject thereof.  The Planning Board will make every effort to ensure that the Public Hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk. Anyone wishing to speak may do so.
