ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

THIS MEETING WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR MAY 24, 2023 BY REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Brewster will hold a Regular Meeting to hear the following application for 13-17 Prospect Street, 67.26-1-49. The applicant seeks an interpretation regarding the requirement of a Special Use Permit for Building 13A on the lot. The Regular Meeting for the Zoning Board of Appeals will be on Thursday, April 25, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509.
