PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Brewster will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Village Law Section 7-712a(7) and Village of Brewster Code Section 263-26(F) to hear the following application for 22 Eastview Avenue, 67.26-2-22. The applicant seeks a variance from the Village of Brewster Zoning Schedule for the premises located at 22 Eastview Avenue, Village Tax Map #67.26-2-22, which is located in an (R) Single Family District. A 20 (twenty) foot front-yard setback is required in said District under the Zoning Schedule. The applicant seeks relief from the Zoning Schedule to permit a 9.02-foot front-yard setback for the right side of the property and an 8.96-foot front-yard setback for the left side of the property at the aforesaid premises. The Public Hearing for the Zoning Board of Appeals will be on May 13, 2021, at 7:00 P.M via Zoom Cloud Meeting, Meeting ID 207 812 8623 or call 1-929-205-6099 and enter the Meeting ID when prompted.
